Mark Rhea

As the Head of Property Management, Mark is responsible for oversight of VOP’s 100+ property management personnel across 11 U.S. markets. His primary focus is spearheading the annual budget process, serving as the liaison between property teams and investment partners and ensuring operational efficiency at each property. Mark is also instrumental in assisting with the underwriting process of VOP’s acquisitions and dispositions, as well as the asset management throughout each property’s ownership period. Prior to joining VOP, Mark was an Operations Director with Cushman & Wakefield overseeing an office and retail portfolio in downtown Chicago. Prior to C&W, Mark spent most of his career with Tishman Speyer managing significant high-rise office properties in the Chicago CBD. Mark is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing.
