Kim Higgins

Kim oversees the day-to-day property accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, auditing, cash management, and internal controls. Prior to joining VOP, Kim served as Director of Accounting at Kimco Realty, where she led accounting and lease administration operations. She has 25+ years of real estate experience and has previously held similar roles at CBRE and JLL. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
