Associate VP of Property Management

Emily Racciatti

Emily serves as Associate Vice President of Property Management, where she supports operational oversight of Vanderbilt’s national portfolio and plays a key role in the annual budgeting process. She has 10 years of experience in property management, including previous roles at JLL and Colliers where she worked with institutional investors across retail, industrial, and office assets. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Memphis, where she graduated summa cum laude, and maintains the Real Property Administrator (RPA©), Real Estate Finance and Investments (REFAI©), and LEED Green Associate certifications.
