Lucy D’Avanzo

As Corporate Payroll & Treasury Manager, Lucy processes the payroll for Vanderbilt and its +100 employees. In addition to processing payroll, she records all payroll transactions along with managing payroll reimbursements between corporate and the property level entities. Lucy also is heavily involved in various treasury related tasks such as processing wires and setting up new bank accounts for new deals. Lucy is a graduate of Roosevelt University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and graduated with honors. She also was inducted into Roosevelt University’s chapter of Delta Mu Delta, the International Honor Society in Business Administration. She is a licensed CPA and has received her PHR certification.
