Brett Nelson

Brett is responsible for the development and implementation of the investment and disposition strategies at VOP. He also assists in the asset management and operations efforts for owned and managed assets. Brett has 10+ years of real estate experience and previously worked at Tishman Speyer. Brett is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance and The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania where he received a Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance, graduating with Honors Distinction.
